With the advancement in technology and IT sector Computer Systems are developing quickly. The Computers have started to take an important part in the lives of students and business personalities. Tablet computers have further increased the reliability of user's on computer for the accomplishment of their everyday tasks.
There was a time when the human teachers had to work extremely hard in order to educate their students. The lack of access to knowledge from all parts of the world and the lengthy books that were hard to digest for some students. Now with the advancement in the IT Industry and the penetration of Internet connectivity eased up the learning process both for the students as well as for the teachers.
The Hot discussion that often occupies the Spotlight is "Will Computers Rule Out the Role of Human Teachers Into The Class Room".
A lot of People participate in this discussion and give various facts and figures to justify their stance on this topic.
Personally being rationale I feel that the role of Human Teachers in the learning process will remain intact.
Computers can not think for themselves. Computers are man made inventions and they rely on a Human to input Instructions in them.
Unlike Humans they lack brains so are unable to think and make new discoveries. Computers can only display what the Human asks them to do.
In the Class Room there are a lot of Students from various backgrounds. A Human is always needed for their ethical and emotional training. Some human effort is needed to inform them of the dreadful circumstances that may emerge if they fail to engross themselves wholeheartedly into their studies.
Computers lack emotions so if a student is sad as a result of some unfavorable situation a computers can not console or cheer him up. A Human is always needed to pick up deficiencies in the students that may prove to be harmful in their careers.
The mistakes that students commit can be corrected by Computer but Computer can not make them confident enough to avoid repeating these mistakes.
Some Students are slow while others are quick so A Human is needed to take them on the pace track of learning.
Indeed the verdict goes that Computers could be used as Guides in the Classroom to enable students learn their lessons with interactivity but can not replace human teachers as they are an integral part in teaching process and a Human who has gone through the same phase is able to guide the aspiring and enthusiastic students in a better way. For continuation of the debate land on Cloud Computing.
A young and enthusiastic aspiring student who loves blogging at International Business.
